Anime has been an impact to the Philippines Culture until now. Since Anime Fandom has already made attractions to the Philippines. Filipinos realized the ongoing popularity it gives from different countries, also since there are cites to be considering that Anime can be beneficial such as learning Japanese culture, art styles, and social benefits. For instance, Cosplaying it’s like a project wherein Otaku's put time and effort in it that at the same time creates bonds among relatives and friends. Also, when it comes in making comics Filipino artists are interested in the Anime art style and the interesting Japanese culture that intends to imitate it and makes their own way of Manga to show their love for Anime.
2nd: What I don't know
Though the researcher had focused on the benefits of anime but it didn't answer the negativity it brings. That leaves the researcher with the question: "Does negativity of Anime effects us Filipinos?". Since in Japan the term OTAKU is GEEK which means these people are the low profile ones. Mostly there were exaggerated rumors about the addiction that OTAKU has knowing that there was a news about a Japanese man married a virtual game girl. There are times that they keep themselves shut in their rooms and that they can't tell the difference between reality and fantasy anymore. Which made the researcher curious to find out more if Filipino has also similar problems with that.
The researcher had learned so much about the involvement to the Filipinos in the Anime Culture. Wondering on what similarities does Anime Culture has to the Philippine Culture?. As an anime lover there are questions on why you come to love Anime in the first the place as Filipinos. Does it depict the values and culture that we Filipinos have? That Filipinos are currently exposed to the Anime Culture.
Meanwhile the researcher just realized: Is Anime growth in the Philippines increasing?. Wherein the researcher is concerned since the K-POP popularity has become the mainstream entertainment which might make Anime gone for it's decreasing fans. As well with the local channels here in the Philippine instead of Anime in tagalog-dubbed they broadcast Korean Dramas which is mostly copied from Japanese comics/stories.
That the only people who would help in the researcher's questions are the Anime Lovers in the Philippines. Since the study is about the Impact of Anime to the Philippines which means the researcher is gathering information from the Anime lovers she knows and so on.

It might be that more Filipinos are exposed in the K-POP culture since the Gangnam Style is very popular nowadays. That in the Philippines might have decreasing fans for Anime though there are still remaining fans out there who are still exposed to Anime Culture. For the similarities that we Filipinos have might have from the Anime culture since there was a blog of mine where Anime was first exposed to the Philippines knowing there where elements in the Anime that can be found in our culture. Also the negative effects for Anime brings with those exaggerated rumors behind being an Otaku doesn't actually troubles us nor we Filipinos are that obsessed.
